After the solid positioning of KRÜGER chai latte as market leader, the next consequent step was to present the brand to an even larger audience via TV. Based on an attention-attracting testimonial casting H-ZWO developed the first KRÜGER chai latte TV spot during the course of the integrated media campaign “So bunt wie das Leben selbst!”. Since January 2014, two versions of the spot can be seen on all high-coverage TV channels.

Bauknecht dealer event for the IFA Berlin

Due to the Internationale Funkausstellung, H-ZWO designed an unusual dealer event for Bauknecht. Instead of speaking out invitations to the IFA itself as usual, the three-day event was held at the Hotel Adlon in Berlin. H-ZWO was responsible for the conceptual design and implementation of the evening event, conforming with the brand claim “More than technology” – an innovative product exhibition with a gala dinner, Audi shuttle service, exciting entertainment and a spectacular laser show.

KRÜGER chai latte Holi Festival Of Colours

Right during the German-wide Holi craze and compliant to the campaign claim “As colorful as life itself!”, H-ZWO realized sponsoring of six German-wide Holi festivals with 60.000 visitors in total. The young target group was won over immediately on-site: with product samplings, branded give-aways and product tastings.

LEITZ Diamond Night with German singer Jan Delay

In celebration of the 11th birthday of the classic Leitz file folder – the diamond among the file folders – Leitz assigned H-ZWO to organize a high-end event. The program revolving around a private concert of Jan Delay not only delighted the retailers and selected end-consumers, but also the nationwide press which was high in number.

Giving the brand the right form

Whether it´s a logo relaunch, small cosmetic corrections, a complete new product or just a change in format: The field of brand development and packaging is full of challenges. For us it´s important to keep working in the bounds of the given CI and to increase brand awareness. We combine modern design with feasible usability and simple implementation. In doing so, we always strive to correspond to the brand and thus enhance it.

More than flour: Emotional customer connectivity with additional value

For a low-interest product such as flour, the habit usually determines the purchase decision. Here, brand names are not of importance to the customer. How can the interest be sparked anyway? How do you give this product an emotional appeal and generate an additional benefit on top of that? This was the challenge we faced for our client Georg Plange. It was clear: Flour is already a component of a very emotional activity – baking. Therefore, we created an online platform to allow the exchange of recipes, enriched with editorial articles and inspiration. The name reflects the concept: ichliebebacken.de – “i love baking”. For higher coverage and an interactive exchange of the existing community, a Facebook profile was created, pointing out news and allowing for more customer focus.

As a part of the film release of Tolkien’s “The Hobbit – An Unexpected Journey” H-ZWO developed an interactive treasure hunt on Facebook with close involvement of the target group. Together with forester Krelien, users could directly participate in the happenings and help with solving tricky quests by using a digital treasure map. Participants were able to win a real gold treasure worth up to 30.000 Euros. The social media campaign was supported by well-known brand partners and a nationwide lobby promotion in CinemaxX theatres. The focus of the accompanying media campaign were end-consumer and commercial advertisements in public, trade and online media.

H-ZWO Events in China

German culture is highly valued in China and also German traditions and customs have grown in appeal. H-ZWO is making use of this development, especially for promotional purposes. After successfully having organized a typical German Oktoberfest in Shanghai several times, H-ZWO additionally exported the first German Christmas market to China two years ago and is thus offering brand partners the possibility of a very special and emotional brand staging: A German Christmas market with an own logo on tour in China. After a memorable start in Shanghai with brand partner ZWILLING as the main sponsor, the German Christmas market is currently also organized in Xi’An (central China, 4 million inhabitants) – more cities are to come

A brilliant campaign

High class, a luxury good, German quality work, longevity – these were the main attributes to communicate in the annual campaign for ZWILLING J.A. Henckels in China. It had to work in a big lobby-promotion, as well as at the small counters in the Chinese shopping malls. We needed a symbol which transported the campaign without any explanation or translation error. The conclusion: The Diamond Class. Additional to the POS-promotion all over the Peoples Republic we created a supporting dealer event where the products were presented to the guests in form of designer jewelry in its own fashion show.

A clean and stainless POS appearance

Ever wanted to buy a new washing machine? Then you are familiar with the excessive offers waiting for you at the store. To say you are overwhelmed is an understatement. Every washing machine attracts with the best quality for the best price – how is one supposed to make a purchasing decision? However, this is also a problem for the manufacturers: They have to try time and time again to set themselves apart from the masses and position themselves in the best possible way. So how do you promote your product noticeably in the jungle of offers and outshine your competitors? For the new product “intelius” by Haier it was our task to attract attention and to isolate the product from the “others” – also visually. By using backdrops and roll-ups we created a prominent preferred position at the POS and thus drew attractive attention to the product and moved into the focus of the customers. Accompanying this promotion was a competition communicated through entry cards laying out at the POS and the sharing of the competition on social media platforms. The feedback of the nationwide implementation of these “promo-packages” was throughout positive and resulted in a successful support of the “intelius” launch.
